SalesForce expand EinsteinGPT (Enterprise AI offering)

Read Time: 4 minutes

Our Report: At the Dreamforce customer conference, Salesforce unveiled Einstein Copilot Studio—a tool that empowers users to personalize their foundational Einstein GPT and Einstein Copilot offerings.

🔑 Key Points:

  • Einstein Copilot Studio is a three-pronged solution, incorporating a prompt builder, a skills builder, and a model builder— of which the latter grants enterprises the autonomy to incorporate models such as Claude, ChatGPT, Bard & others with their own datasets.

  • Einstein Copilot Studio fills the gap for organizations that require more than just foundational tools; consolidating all Salesforce platform components, and streamlining prompt and skills creation that caters to specific organizational necessities.

  • Addressing concerns surrounding AI-induced hallucinations and other issues, Salesforce is developing the "Einstein Trust Layer" to oversee aspects like security, governance, and data privacy.

  • While AI could lead to job redundancies, SalesForce is optimistic about the emergence of new roles, such as "prompt engineers."

🤨 Why you should care: Salesforce's Einstein Copilot Studio not only represents a leap in AI customization capabilities but also, alongside the Enterprise offerings from Google & ChatGPT, underscores the push for AI integration at an organizational level.

 Bias & objectivity

💡 Tip: Utilizing ChatGPT’s objective abilities can be helpful to ensure you don’t reach a confirmation basis. You can even enter some of these in your custom instructions to ensure these guidelines are always adhered to.

"Give a neutral response", "What are the pros and cons?", "Present both sides of the argument."

Adobe, IBM, Nvidia, and five other companies have joined Biden's voluntary guidelines for AI, which includes measures like watermarking AI-generated content.

Initiated in July, the commitments aim to ensure AI isn't used harmfully, with the voluntary measures serving as an interim solution as Congress deliberates on AI legislation. Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft are already on board.

Over three years, Alex, a young boy, experienced chronic pain and other symptoms but received no clear diagnosis despite seeing 17 doctors over the space of 3 years.

Frustrated, his mother, Courtney, sought help from ChatGPT, which suggested "tethered cord syndrome." Subsequently, a consultation with a neurosurgeon confirmed the diagnosis—offering hope for treatment and highlighting AI’s impressive pattern recognition abilities.

Pulitzer-winning writer Michael Chabon and other authors have sued Meta, alleging the company used pirated versions of their works to train its Llama AI software.

This follows a similar lawsuit against OpenAI & Microsoft—highlighting increasing copyright concerns as AI firms utilize literary content for language model training without permission or concern.
